Dupré Financial Group: A One-Stop-Shop For  The Affluent Investor

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a time of leaps and risks in the business world.  As more people have been working from home and cooped up indoors for indefinite amounts of time, more people have been embracing the entrepreneurial  spirit within them that has only gotten louder in the midst of cabin fever. Hundreds  upon hundreds of companies are being created across dozens of different sectors,  and many are finding this freedom more attainable as they work from home.

Financial Advisor Eric Dupré is one of these spirits. After three years of deliberating,  as the pandemic rolled in and confined him and his office to their homes, he  decided it was the best time to jump out on his own and become the Dupré Financial Group, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC.

Dupré was born in San Antonio, Texas. He lived there for his entire young life before moving out to the east coast for school. Here, he earned a financial degree at Boston College. He spent time in Denver before returning to his hometown San  Antonio, where he settled down to work for good. In 2002, he joined a branch office called Dupré Financial Group of Raymond James, an offshoot of the massive  international financial services company.

Now, after two decades of experience, he is on his own as a franchise advisor with  Ameriprise Financial. He works with primarily affluent clients, those with million dollar investable assets. His office assists these clients in any way they can,  pertaining to their entire financial picture and whatever portfolios they may have. Dupré is a financial advisor with knowledge and experience in wealth management, and he has many employees with varying specialties. One handles group benefits and insurance plans, while another handles client relationships and administrative items. His office can cover topics such as retirement, estate planning strategies, and  benefits such as 401Ks among other financial planning needs and goals.

It is thanks to the skills and experiences his office had accumulated over two  decades that this versatility was made possible. Clients don’t want a plethora of different companies for each aspect of their financial lives, so Dupré Financial Group positioned itself as a one-stop-shop for a comprehensive approach to  financial planning and advice, tailored to help clients meet their dreams and goals. They became an efficient way for clients to customize assistance, and that’s what  has attracted many in the San Antonio area to his office.

This is also simply on top of the fact that he has been a community staple for so long, so it picked right up delivering financial services to San Antonio clients. With the pandemic came financial uncertainty and plenty of question marks about the economy, so this only brought more clients to Dupré’s business, which he was  happy to assist.

As the pandemic possibly reaches its end, Dupré Financial Group looks certain to  come out the other side with a running start. Thanks to their versatility, experience, and Eric Dupré’s leadership, they are picking up right where they left off. Sometimes, taking that leap into independence can pay dividends, and this case is  a perfect example.
