At 20 Years old the dancer, singer, and actor Emilie Kirchgesner has made a name for herself. She even got featured in Portfolio Global Magazine. When people her age are still trying to figure out what to do with their lives Emilie has become successful. She is not just a dancer, but a singer and actor as well.
When she was only 3 years old, she had started dancing and performing. In her high school, she took advanced tap and advanced 1 ballet exams. When she passed she applied for Randolph Academy and she got in. It was like a dream come true for her. After that, she went to perform in Canada’s Wonderland for two years straight.
Since then Emilie has worked in several music videos, acting commercials, guest workshops, fashion shoots, and an agency signing. She is also working on dropping her new merchandise soon called emrosemerch.com.
While she is working on her merchandise she is also collaborating with other artists, musicians, dancers, and choreographers. Above all, Emilie loves being a teacher. Dance is an outlet she can rely on at any time. It is her therapy.
When she teaches her students Emilie wants them to feel the music and freedom that comes with it. She has always enjoyed performing and inspiring everyone around her. ” Dance was my escape from darkness,” says Emilie.
She has accomplished many things. But Emilie holds dear the moments she has spent in NYC schools to learn from so many Broadway choreographers every summer. Her passion to learn more never runs out. She has also signed to an agency and has been featured in a high-end fashion magazine.
But Emilie isn’t carried away by all the fame. She says that being humble and grounded can keep you happy in life. Even though she is highly successful, her humility and down to earth nature make her an inspiration.
