Jesse Neo is a 23-year-old Australian producer, DJ, singer, and songwriter. Three years ago, he got his hands into producing electronic music. Instantly, his work was featured on the radio and appeared in several magazines. Then in 2018, he moved to Los Angeles, where he has been working with different record labels as a composer ever since. The artist grew up as a classical pianist and a violinist, both of which he learned from the age of five. His style blends Eurodance with pop to produce a stylish kind of fresh music.
Milana Leybovich is a Los Angeles based singer, songwriter, and vocal producer. Milana is among the very few female producers working in EDM, country, pop, and R&B-soul genres, and she is pleased about it. She has also worked for companies such as Disney, MixMatch and Fox.
According to our meeting, Milana has had a deep love for music since she was three years old and, according to her, music means a lot in her life. “I have been in the music industry for 17 years,” she revealed. “After being in the industry for so long, I noticed there were very few female producers. It may be true there are numerous female singers out there, but the number drops when it comes to producers. Hence, I decided to team up with Jesse Neo to create a platform where musicians can collaborate with each other.”
Gemtracks is a collaboration and marketplace platform that lists beats for sale by top producers in the music industry. All types of genres can be found on the website, including pop, rock, EDM and even country. However, we were pleased to know that the website has just introduced a few more features.
“For the past few weeks, I have been working on a system to rent music studio,” Jesse revealed. “The idea started after the launch of the playlist submission service, where customers have been saying it has really helped with the distribution of their music and is now looking for ways to create even more songs.”
Currently a dozen of top producers and artists has already been using the system, including some signed to major publishing companies such as Universal and Warner.
“I’m just so proud with what Gemtracks has become,” the 23-year-old told us with a grin. “With the COVID-19 pandemic going on right now, the importance of technology and the ability to do things online has never become so useful and possibly, essential. I just can’t wait what the world will look like when the world goes back to normal.”
