Ursula K. Le Guin, an American author, wrote in her book, Tehanu, “Before the moon I am, what a woman is, a woman of power, a woman’s power, deeper than the roots of trees, deeper than the roots of islands, older than the Making, older than the moon.”
These words are the perfect definition of a woman’s power. It is something that is hidden from more than half of the world’s population. Not many people are aware of the power that a woman’s mind possesses. Even most women are oblivious of the power they incapacitate.
If a woman successfully overcomes the non-existent barriers that her mindsets in her way, she can achieve greatness, because every woman has the potential to make it to the top. Self-confidence, faith in one’s potential, and persistence can help women achieve their goals, live their lives the way they want, and make a notable identity in the world.
However, the stereotypical mindset of the people across the world has blinded women of their capabilities and their true potential. Many even do not realize that they have wings that can help them fly high and achieve success in life.
Breaking all the stereotypes is Danielle Mills, a Miamian changing the game for women across the world. She is not even thirty yet, and she has established her identity as a well-known American professional tennis player, an entrepreneur, a mindset coach, and an author, bringing her into the limelight.

The lesson was important for every person as it could help many people succeed in life. Danielle used her learnings, understanding, and experience to build a mindset coaching company, Headstrong. Not only is Danielle a powerful woman herself, but she is also helping others understand that they have to break free from the barriers their mindsets in front of them.

Danielle founded Headstrong LLC., on March 28, 2019, with an aim to help struggling individuals regain their lost self-esteem and build a confident personality with a winner’s mindset. After retiring from her tennis career, she was determined to help the world learn this lesson, the easy way. In addition to assisting people in building powerful personalities, Danielle’s company stresses upon the importance of creating strong LinkedIn presence. Danielle wants aspiring professionals to realize that their LinkedIn profile is a major reason why it is difficult to land on the perfect job. People do not realize the role this social media profile plays in their professional life, and with Headstrong, Danielle hopes to spread awareness.
To escalate her efforts to spread awareness about LinkedIn’s significance in a person’s professional success, Danielle published a book, “How to Master Linkedin: and Separate Yourself from the Masses,” on March 31, 2020.
It is a step-by-step guide on creating a powerful LinkedIn profile that contributes to one’s efforts to land on their dream job.
