To succeed in any business, one must possess resilience and drive. Entrepreneurs willing to make a name for themselves in the real estate business must work extremely hard and be patient. In the real estate world, an entrepreneur should bid his/her time and strike at a crucial moment, till then, work on crafting different marketing and growth-related strategies. One such entrepreneur, who stayed focused on his goal, showcased utmost resilience in crucial pressure and had the patience to take a shot at the right moment and time, thereby making a name for himself is Roman Shapovalov. 

Roman Shapovalov was born on April, 23 1994 in Belarus. At age 7, he, along with his family, immigrated to the US. In high school, he realized the power of fitness and began working out; this is when he realized that when you make your mind up for something, then you always attain it. During his teen years, he did many odd-jobs like painting houses in Sioux Falls, working for minimum wage at McDonald’s and Service Master cleaning company, etc. Through all this he developed a passion for owning a business, and he made it his life goal. He worked rigorously hard and devised strategies for starting a business, but due to lack of capital, he had to do various jobs. He even mastered the art of selling, becoming the youngest automotive finance manager at 17 years old. He went on to receive the award of top automotive Finance Manager on the east coast, breaking many national records and selling millions worth of contracts. During this time, he built very strong network and developed connections that would ultimately lead him into real estate. 

During this time, Roman Shapovalov’s friends urged him to invest in real estate, for they had reaped great rewards by investing it. This inspired him to learn more about the industry, learning the acute functioning of the industry. After careful deliberation and research, he launched his own real-estate firm. Roman Shapovalov worked for the customers and believed that customer satisfaction is greater than profits. In the beginning, the business was very tough but his never-give-up mentality saw him through it, and now his firm is one of the best. Roman Shapovalov also focused on creating a positive work environment and created a culture of working and growing together. 

His smart entrepreneurial and selling skills then helped him boost his business, while positive word-of-mouth for his work spread in the market. He has attained recognition after years of hustling, and Roman Shapovalov has finally got what he sought out the most, becoming a successful entrepreneur.
