A business builder and entrepreneur mentor, the story of Luke Anderson

Being personally involved in 40 businesses by the age of 30, Luke has seen it all. Luke always affirmed to himself he would never let money stand in the way of his happiness. He always kept learning about the new industries and taking on additional work to earn more.

Luke David Anderson, born in Victoria, Australia. Till the age of 10 Luke grew up on the Mornington Peninsular in Melbourne, then his family moved to Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays, on the North-Eastern Coast of Australia. He says,” I love Airlie Beach and I’m passionate about it”.

He moved out of the home very young and went to high school for only three days a week. The rest of the days he worked at a retail store in the day and in his spare time he worked on his business. Sold cars by the day and be DJ at the local house parties, was his life at the age of 13.

His passion for music grew and by the age of 16, he launched LA Entertainment. Luke included the local DJs in his team and ran evening music entertainment in the area. He then started labouring on construction sites in the day time. He kept learning about the construction industry and growing his DJ business by the night.

He learnt there was so much money in building and construction. For the next few years, he started and closed a bunch of businesses, which include building company, a popular local hairdressing salon, surf and clothing store and a few more. Some of them were a failure but he never gave up.

Soon he opened scaffolding business. Initially, he was struggling but gradually be built relationships with people and grew it in huge proportions.

At present, Luke travels and shares his experience with others. He invests both in business and people. He has crossed over 10s of millions of sale in over 10 different verticals.

Luke now owns the club, he used to be DJ at. He has three different night venues. Luke is the director of LA Entertainment, which provided quality entertainment to the region. Luke used his contacts to teach people about music. ”I want to educate locals that it just doesn’t have to be commercial music. There is a lot of amazing music in the world that I will strive to bring to Airlie Beach-it’s a slow process but worthwhile”, he said. Also, he stated,” My empire will be very big.”

“I have made a lot of money and lost a lot of money. I’ve made a lot of mistakes and I think that is the key to growing – to learn from your mistakes”, Luke remarked. He says,” I choose business as my way of thinking wires me to see openings and provide solutions for the market, I don’t switch off. Always on. I would rather be always on working for myself than always working for someone else”.
