We, as human beings, always aspire to do something extraordinary or to earn a name for ourselves and our loved ones. Most of us achieve success because of our dedication to our work, but there are very few people out there who think about inspiring or improving the lives of other people through their work. Meet Cory Rosenthal, a fitness trainer, and owner of Rose fitness, who is extremely passionate about fitness since childhood. Not only does he keeps himself fit, but he also aims to improve the lives of many other people. Currently, he is on a mission to collect money through his work and donate to people who are affected due to the pandemic. If more such people start thinking about how they can contribute to society through their work in any possible manner, the world will surely become a better place.
Cory’s background story
Cory has always been passionate about fitness. From growing into a family that owned a gym to spending days on end researching every aspect of fitness to perfect his craft, this drive and dedication have poured over into the goals he has set for himself such as becoming a famous fitness influencer on Instagram. Rather than bringing the same “Bench, Deadlift, Squat” videos to his page, Cory focuses on creating dynamic content such as Backflips, muscle-ups, boxing, and calisthenics. This strategic move has opened his page up to attract a diverse audience that can find more than one reason to resonate with Rose Fitness.
Cory describing the beginning phase of his work
Cory said that he was in high school when he started a fitness page. Many people would admire his workout sessions due to them being unique. He was never doing the average bench, squat, deadlift, or push, pulls, and legs. A year ago, he became serious about his work and got committed to his fitness page. His page had a total of 800 followers but he treated his page as if it had a following of 5 million. He was getting messages of kids getting inspired through his work. It was then that he began his 30-day at-home workout challenge.
The mission that Cory is working on
Cory states that he will be bear crawling 10 miles in honor of the true heroes of his country. There is no “and” “if” or “buts”. It will be completed. All money raised will be going directly to First Responders Children’s Foundation. He will have a great group of people walking with me as I crawl the full 10 miles. The projected time decided by him is 13 hours to complete the 10 miles. He has set up a GoFundMe link in his bio to donate to this amazing charity that focuses on children who have lost loved ones in the line of duty, and also focuses on all first responders especially during Covid-19.
Cory’s training for his mission
Cory says that the training is going to be specifically designed to work on his shoulder and wrist stability as well as focusing on healing and recovering. He said that he will have coaches that guide him through his training for the next two months. He is very excited to see how much he can accomplish in the next two months.
