More About Steven Lorenzo

As a young kid, Steven always wanted to be rich and have connections with the most powerful people. Growing up he kept on hustling doing multiple things like businesses, side projects with no particular goal in mind. In his statement, he said, “All I ever wanted was to be rich, and so I kept on working without knowing how can achieve it.” But, at the age of 20, he was approached by an old associate to become a public adjuster, and that’s when things changed forever. After that, Steven met a couple living well-off as public adjusters. He then decided to become a public adjuster and started learning more about it.

It took him around 3 years to be where he is today working 12 hrs a day non-stop without actually making money at all. All he was doing was studying about the business just to learn more about his profession.  He went from door to door each day just to get rejected without losing hope. He says, “it has been nothing but the hardest to get to where I am today, I have lost hours making no money, knocking on doors, walking into businesses, making millions of calls, and still taking on more and more every day. The money only comes from struggle and that’s where success is,” he added.

After 3 years in the business, he finally got a chance as a hurricane hit the town, he was working at. After which he approached many people and made his first earning which was around $3,000 from recovering damages caused by a hurricane. He also met with other clients and made a handful amount of money. But, the main pivoting point of Steven’s career was when IRMA hit the states. In an answer to one of our questions which were, how do you stay motivated? He replied, “I stay motivated by looking at really expensive cars, and houses, I surround myself with people who motivate me to do better. I also read a lot of books like Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins, etc. I also go to a lot of seminars and networking events, as it keeps me going.” He also says I am just very competitive, and always trying to do better, it’s not a bad thing but it does always keep me busy moving here and trying to be better every day.

In a piece of advice he could give to his younger self Steven adds that “I would tell myself to stay focused, a lot of times we are all so caught up on what people think of us, it delays our growth. Sometimes, it even stuns it completely, I would just tell my younger self that, no matter what anyone thinks as long as you’re good with yourself that’s all that matters.”

After all this suffering Steven finally started meeting many clients and started the “No Stress Insurance Company.”

Tips by Steven Lorenzo for the Young

Candidly, he also enlisted 3 tips for young aspirants who want to make it big in the future:

  1. His first tip is, “Stay in school and at least finish high school, don’t drop out, as you have already been there for years.”
  2. The second tip talks about drugs. He says, “Don’t do drugs, drugs are bad and so is violence, the more peace you have the better it is. Drugs don’t bring peace and neither does violence, all the music is bad right now, it’s all about drugs and violence and the kids just need to know that’s all-evil music, trying to ruin our future.

Steve in his final tip talks about starting early. He says, “Start working on your own business at a young age, no matter what it is, start something and just build it as you go. In case it’s not working, find something better and run with that. As failure also gives you experience. Many of the people I meet say it takes money to start a business, but that’s not true, you don’t need money or to be older to start your own business. Start young and watch how you’ll find what you wanted all along faster, and easier.
