When Katia Jundi was picked by Mercedes Benz to be featured on their She’s Mercedes platform, the model and entrepreneur was honored to be chosen and felicitated.

In Katia’s case, she found success in modeling, high-end watches, and the luxury industry. Born in Beirut, she admits she always had an affinity and passion for luxurious articles and the craftsmanship and artistic skill which is integral to creating such sought-after pieces.“Naturally, I wanted to be involved in that world and communicate my passion for it,” explained Katia.
For several years, Katia has worked in the field of luxury media with an emphasis on the watch and jewelry industry. For the last ten years, she has organized the annual Watch and Jewellery of the year awards and organized the Salon des Grandes luxury regional watch exhibition. She was chosen by Georg Jensen to be the face of their brand due to her social media impact, and because she uniquely represented the brand’s style and values. Katia revealed, “I have made the leap from traditional media platforms to digital and would like to continue creating relevant content for the field from an Arab female perspective via Instagram, and my website.”
Alongside her professional achievements, Katia was chosen to be a brand ambassador for SOS Children’s Villages due to her philanthropic pursuits with the NGO. As part of the She’s Mercedes Platform, Katia hopes to inspire other women to nurture their ambitions and chase their dreams.
Katia explained, “I work in a field that revolves around luxury as a model and beyond. Yet it is important in such a field that you don’t forget the importance of personal connections. You have to nurture the human element in what you do. I believe the She’s Mercedes platform excels at doing just that, and I’m glad to be a part of it.”
