With my lending and general contract license, I can be my own funder and construction manager within my house flipping business. This will be an advantage for my clients too, as they will have both their lender and realtor under the same umbrella. Rather than dealing with multiple people to sell/buy their property, I would be able to provide all those services to my clients at once, which could save a lot of money, stress, and time for my clients.

To describe Amin, he is an ambition entrepreneur with multiple interests. He believes in modern techniques when it comes to negotiation and doing business. We asked him if he can give any advice to people who are considering work in the real estate industry. He responded, “Real Estate is a very competitive market, you must bring more value to the table for your clients in order to stand out. One thing that really helped me to get a boost at the start of my career was seeking out mentors that I could look up to and using the latest technology tools to my advantage. Smart technology can save time, human energy, and money. Therefore, my two pieces of advice is to learn from your mentors and use technology tools that helps you with your real estate business. I don’t believe in old school marketing such as advertising on billboards or newspapers. With social media advances it’s easier to get your name out there. People are more likely to find your business on platforms such as Instagram, as opposed to old-school, expensive advertising tools such as billboards.

While there are many challenges ahead, Amin is dedicated to achieving his dreams of business success. We asked him to discuss the key to help him achieve such success at a young age. He responded, “I have sacrificed a lot to get where I am today, which is not even close to where I’m planning to be. In high school and college, my friends would ask me to join their parties and play video games, but instead, I found myself drawn to interning at real estate and construction firms. On countless weekend nights, I read about real estate laws to find the loopholes that I could leverage. If you see me achieve a goal in 1 year, then you should know there is 10 years of hard work, research, and networking behind it. I even had to work on my personal traits to improve my abilities. For instance, I used to be an introvert when I was much younger. Then I realized to become a great negotiator with high value of network, I need to Improve my self-confidence and become more sociable. None of those things were easy to overcome. But if you want to reach your dream, you’ll do whatever it takes for it.”

If you are new to the real estate industry or are curious about the secrets to get into it, you’d better keep Amin’s social media under your radar. He is well known in the social media world as the PrinceofRealState.
