It’s a fruit of all the hard-work, dedication, and passion put together.  However, sometimes, one loses hope but a businessman can’t sulk. He has to stay motivated and make sure his employees are happy too. In the Interview below, Anthony shares what keeps him motivated and his views on pandemic affecting business in the world.

You are Successful today but life hasn’t been easy for you. What kept you motivated?

What has kept me motivated on my entrepreneurial journey is having a good mindset and long term goals. I know that everything that I am working on now is for a much bigger picture and I’m here to help others and make a change which doesn’t happen over night.

What drove your interest in starting your own business?

I actually started my first business back in 2016 when I was just 18 years old and what made me start that is because I knew everything was slowly being click click and order and less brick and mortar and I wanted to get into the market and learn how to sell things online.

Besides just that I wanted to be my own employers and work on my dreams and not someone else’s.

Did you face any setbacks initially? If yes, how did you handle them?

The major set back I faced was not actually learning from others sooner. You have to understand we are living in the 21 century now many of the things that we want to do have already been accomplished by someone else and all we have to do is learn from them and see how they did it and duplicated it for ourselves. Now whenever I want to get into something I look to see who is doing it the best and then try to learn from them as much as possible whether that’s books, podcast , articles , courses.

Any views on businesses getting affected due to pandemic?

The only thing I can really say about the pandemic effecting the businesses is that now is the time to adapt and get online and see everything that you have been missing since not being online.

Being online for many businesses is actually a investment saver as now they don’t have to pay for overhead fees and etc.

The internet is the equal level field playing ground.
