In November, Spartan Capital Securities, LLC announced that it has been engaged by Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCTI), a provider of cloud-based healthcare solutions, to serve as sales agent for a $20 million at-the-market (“ATM”) equity offering program.
Pursuant to a Sales Agreement dated November 18, 2025, Healthcare Triangle may issue and sell shares of its common stock with an aggregate offering value of up to $20 million. The shares may be sold from time to time on the Nasdaq Capital Market or other established trading venues at prevailing market prices. The ATM structure is intended to provide the Company with enhanced flexibility to access capital in alignment with its operational priorities and long-term growth strategy.
